1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Smarter Dart Shirts. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Bespoke & Personalised Items

All dart shirts and apparel produced by Smarter Dart Shirts are bespoke and personalised, created specifically to your requirements. This includes (but is not limited to) custom names, logos, colours, and sizing selections.

3. Design Proof & Approval

• A design proof will be created and sent to you for approval before production begins.

• This proof is a rendered visual representation; actual print size, placement, and scale may vary slightly on the final garment.

• You are responsible for carefully reviewing all details within the proof, including spelling, colours, and layout.

• Amendments can be requested at this stage.

• Production will only begin once final approval has been received. No further changes can be made after approval.

4. Size Selection

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

• A detailed size chart is provided for guidance.

• By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the size chart.

• Smarter Dart Shirts cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing choices made at the time of order.

5. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We cannot accept returns for sizing issues or changes of mind.

6. Order Accuracy

• Customers must ensure all details (including spelling, numbers, logos, and colours) are correct at the time of ordering.

• Smarter Dart Shirts is not liable for errors submitted by the customer.

• Once production has started, changes cannot be made.

7. Production & Delivery

• Production begins after order confirmation and final proof approval.

• Delivery timeframes are estimated at 2–3 weeks from approval, but may vary depending on demand and time of year.

• Express orders may be available at an additional cost or by prior agreement with Smarter Dart Shirts.

• Smarter Dart Shirts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or does not match your order:

• You must notify Smarter Dart Shirts within 7 days of delivery.

• We will assess the issue and provide a replacement where appropriate.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Smarter Dart Shirts, you confirm that you:

• Have checked and understood the size chart

• Accept that your item is bespoke and personalised

• Have reviewed and approved your design proof

• Agree that returns are not accepted except in cases of fault
