At Smarter Dart Shirts, each order is carefully produced to your exact requirements. As many of our products are customised, our returns policy reflects the bespoke nature of what we create.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless goods are incorrectly supplied or deemed faulty, we are unable to accept returns for:

• Items that have been printed or embroidered
• Products that have been custom-made or assembled to your specifications
• Goods that have been specially sourced and are not part of our standard range

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You may return any undecorated item within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unworn
• It is in its original packaging
• It is suitable for resale

If your return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will also cover reasonable return postage costs (with proof of receipt).

Making a Return

To request a return:

2. Once approved, return the item(s) to us:
   
   • Unworn
   • In original packaging
3. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
   We aim to complete refunds within 5 working days of receiving your return.

Important Timeframe

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• If no request is made within this period, we will assume you are keeping the goods and cannot authorise a return

Sizing & Order Accuracy

Please take care when placing your order:

• We supply garments from multiple manufacturers, so sizing may vary
• Detailed size guides are available on each product page

Smarter Dart Shirts is not responsible for:

• Spelling or grammatical errors submitted by the customer
• Low-quality or low-resolution uploaded images
• Design errors made during the customisation process
• Incorrect selections (e.g. size, product type, or options)
